revolver appointed Java web developer for IVRLA project in UCD

UCD Logo The UCD Humanities Institute launched a major digitisation project called the Irish Virtual Library and Archive (IVRLA) in 2005. The college has been digitising and cataloguing important research archives such as the Papers of Michael Collins and The Beckett Country Collection. The digitised objects are stored using Fedora Commons, a digital archiving tool. The aims of the project are to provide increased access to these valuable resources, while at the same time protecting the physical artefacts.

FaceTheBall image facetheball.com is a free to enter, simple, and enjoyable sports prediction league website. revolver have developed a secure competition administrators area and have redeveloped the navigation system for the game player.
The work was done using PHP and MySQL.

Launch of new www.betterdeck.ie site

test revolver.ie is pleased to announce the launch of the new website for BetterDeck Ltd.

The site was developed using PHP, MySql, Flash Actionscript 3.0 and XHTML/CSS.

This project involved the implementation and customisation of a Wordpress blog, and of the Gallery photo management system.

Trinity College Multimedia Exhibition

test In September 2008, revolver was chosen by the Computer Science Dept in Trinity College Dublin to design and develop the website for the M.Sc Multimedia Systems Exhibition 2008.

The site was developed using W3C compliant XHTML and CSS.
